Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are processed for services offered through the EdVand platform (www.edvand.com) and the EdVand mobile application.
1. Scope
This policy applies to all paid services on the EdVand platform, including but not limited to:
- School fee payments processed through EdVand
- Premium subscription plans for students, teachers and schools
- Admission application fees
- Any other paid service or digital content offered on the platform
2. School Fee Payments
EdVand acts as a payment facilitator between parents/guardians and schools. For school fee payments:
- Refund requests must be directed to the respective school administration
- EdVand will process the refund upon receiving confirmation from the school
- Platform convenience fees, if any, are non-refundable once the transaction is successfully processed
- Failed or incomplete transactions will be automatically reversed within 5-7 business days
3. Premium Subscriptions
For premium subscription plans purchased directly on EdVand:
- Within 7 days of purchase: Full refund if no premium content has been accessed or downloaded
- After 7 days: No refund will be issued for the current billing period
- Auto-renewal: You may cancel auto-renewal at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
- Promotional offers: Subscriptions purchased at a discounted or promotional price are non-refundable
4. Admission Application Fees
Application fees paid through EdVand for school admissions are generally non-refundable as they cover the cost of processing the application. Exceptions may apply if:
- The application was submitted due to a technical error on the platform
- The school cancels the admission process before evaluation
- A duplicate payment was made for the same application
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team with the following details:
- Your registered name and phone number or email
- Transaction ID or order reference number
- Reason for the refund request
- Date of the transaction

6. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account
- Bank processing times may vary and are outside EdVand's control
- You will receive an email or in-app notification once the refund is initiated
7. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Free trial periods that have been converted to paid subscriptions after the trial ended
- Services that have been fully consumed or accessed
- Platform convenience or processing fees for successful transactions
- Purchases made more than 30 days ago
8. Cancellation of Services
Schools or institutions using EdVand ERP services may cancel their subscription by providing 30 days written notice. Any prepaid fees for the remaining subscription period will be refunded on a pro-rata basis after deducting applicable charges.
9. Disputes
If you are not satisfied with the resolution of your refund request, you may escalate the matter to our Grievance Officer:

We will acknowledge your grievance within 48 hours and resolve it within 30 days.
10. Changes to This Policy
EdVand reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
